oh jesus. We're at war.. Makes art-making seem silly, but hey, what can I do? The plumbers don't quit because of their existential doubts.

I've got a bunch on the burners right now:
Working on a 3 page story for the Telstar anthology right now. 2 colors! Black and Pantone Metallic Blue. Very hype.

Putting together the next Studygroup12, to debut at Mocca in NYC this June. It's looking really good so far, with, among others, peeps Jesse Reklaw, Allison Cole , Damien Jay, Marc Bell, Mat Tait, Souther Salazar and many more, including sketchbook sections from Sammy Harkham & Renee French!

Also, I'm co-editor (with >Tom Hart) of the upcoming Serializer Showcase, a new part of the serializer.net webcomics anthology. Serializer Showcase will have one new full story by a rotating list of cartoonists posted all at once every week, in contrast to the serialized weekly update type of comics already available at slzr. This is pretty exciting, and I thank Tom for inviting me to be a part of the grand serializer project. Oh yeah, I'm also working on a longish story for the Showcase as well. Expect this to start up in April, I'd think.

Plus, school. The most interesting part of which is my printmaking project. I'm working on a series of large prints that are a mix of intaglio and silkscreen, and are a single narrative. Four huge panels of a comic, basically. We'll see how this turns out.
